YOUR SPACE HAS A STORY. LET THE WALLS TELL IT.
A good commercial space does a lot of quiet work. It tells clients who you are before anyone says a word, and it helps your team feel like they’re somewhere worth showing up. Our Commercial Design Services are built around that idea: walls, color, and surfaces that look sharp on day one and still look sharp years later.
This page explains our process, from our first walk-through to the last walk-through, and provides the straight facts about the most common questions we receive. If you already know what you want, then go to the bottom of the page and get a free quote. Most site visits happen within the week.
The majority of the business people we come into contact with have done something prior to finding our company. This could be someone who is not familiar with commercial materials or even an attempt at do-it-yourself that ended up peeling within one year. Commercial wall surfaces endure more abuse than household walls, and all elements must be considered.
- On-site consultation with precise measuring instead of just a phone quote
- Preparation of walls (filling in holes, patching, and priming) included in all written quotes
- After-hours and weekend scheduling to keep your business running
- Pattern-matched seams and clean, finished edges on every wall
- One written price before work starts, with no per-foot surprises or mid-job change orders
- What We Install
Spaces
Others need something simple, professional, and easy to maintain.
- Fast, Renter-Friendly, Surprisingly Durable
Office interior design are supposed to be elegant; they are supposed to harmonize with whatever activity takes place within the office space. We will guarantee you the right finish, colors, and wall treatment that match perfectly with your organization, designs, and budget whether you choose to renovate your single reception or a whole floor in your office building.
Effective office space design must take into consideration how the space is utilized. Foot traffic, lighting conditions, noise levels and what the first impression that the visitors are supposed to have when opening the door are just some of the factors to consider before choosing wall finishes and accents. Then we handle the prep and installation ourselves, so there’s no hand-off between a designer and a crew.
Typical timeline: 2-5 days
Best for: offices, clinics, coworking spaces
Minimal downtime
Most offices get refreshed in phases, and we’re happy to work that way. We’ll plan the order so your busiest areas are done after hours, and so the finish matches from one room to the next, even if the work happens months apart.
- Fast, Renter-Friendly, Surprisingly Durable
Commercial wallpaper installation is a different job from hanging wallpaper at home. Commercial-grade vinyl and Type II wallcoverings are wider, heavier, and made to handle scuffs, wipe-downs, and constant foot traffic. That also changes how the wall has to be prepared and how the seams are handled, which is why we treat it as its own trade.
We install commercial wallcoverings in offices, lobbies, hallways, medical suites, and hotel corridors. Before any panel goes up, we check the wall for damage, patch and skim where needed, and prime so the adhesive bonds properly. If you want a pattern that’s truly yours, we can also source custom wallpaper printed in your brand colors or artwork.
Best for: lobbies, hallways, reception areas
Wipeable, high-traffic finishes
Typical timeline: 2-4 days
When we purchase and install the material, commercial pricing typically runs 99 per linear yard, depending on the wallcovering and the condition of your walls. You’ll see the exact number in a written estimate before anything is ordered, and wall prep is already included in it.

Office Wall Murals
Office wall murals give a plain wall a purpose. A company story, a local landscape, or a single striking image can change how a whole room feels, and it’s often the first thing a client or new hire remembers. A good mural makes your space feel like it belongs to your business and not to a generic office.
Commercial wall graphics work well when the message matters as much as the look. Think logos, mission statements, wayfinding, and large statement walls in reception areas or break rooms. We help you choose the right scale, check the image resolution for your wall size, and plan the panel layout so artwork lines up cleanly across seams and corners.
Typical timeline: 1-3 days
Best for: reception walls, conference rooms, break rooms
Removable options available
Many businesses worry about commitment, and that’s a fair concern. Leases end, brands change, and teams move. We’ll tell you which graphic materials can be removed later without damaging the wall, so your investment stays flexible.

Restaurants, cafés, and hotels depend on atmosphere, and the walls do a lot of that work. Guests notice the mood of a room within seconds, long before they look at the menu. The challenge is that dining spaces face steam, splashes, grease, and heavy daily use that would wear down a typical wall finish.

Night and off-hours scheduling
Nobody wants to lose a service day to a remodel. We schedule installs for your slowest hours or after closing, protect your floors and furniture, and clean up fully before your doors reopen.

- Common Questions
Your Project?
What do your commercial design services include?
We handle the finishing side of commercial design: wallpaper and wallcovering installation, office wall murals, commercial wall graphics, painting, and privacy window film. We also help you choose materials that fit your space, brand, and budget.
How long does a commercial installation take?
Most projects take 2-5 days, depending on square footage and prep. Smaller jobs like a reception wall can be done in a day. We can work nights and weekends so your business doesn’t have to close.
How much does commercial wallcovering cost?
For commercial projects where we purchase and install the material, pricing typically runs 99 per linear yard, depending on the wallcovering type, pattern, and wall condition. You’ll get a firm written quote after we measure your space.
Can I buy my own materials?
Yes. If you supply your own material for a residential project, our labor-only installation is typically 3.75 per square foot. We’ll look over your material first to make sure it’s suitable for the wall.
What does it cost if you purchase and install the material?
For residential projects, purchase-and-install pricing generally runs 18 per square foot, or 17 per linear yard, depending on the material. For commercial projects, see the 99 per linear yard range above. Final pricing depends on material, wall prep, and layout.
Do you remove old wallcoverings and prepare the walls?
Yes. We remove old wallpaper, patch damage, skim coat where needed, and prime before installing. Wall prep is included in your written estimate, so it won’t show up as a surprise charge later.
Can you work with my designer or contractor?
Absolutely. If you already have a design plan, we’ll follow it. If you don’t, we can recommend materials and layouts to get you started.
